HOTEL INFORMATION

ENTRANCE

The entrance is open 24 hours, ring the door bell after 11 PM. If you wish to enter the building between these times, please ring the doorbell to alert the night porter and show your room key.

SMOKING

Mabi City Centre Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking in your room or in public areas will result in a € 150,- charge for cleaning costs.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. An exception is made for assistance dogs.

CREDITCARDS

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro credit -and debitcards.

Check-in and out at reception, it’s fastest and easiest if you use the self check-in kiosk. During your self check-in you can also add an additional early check-in or late check-out.

CHECK-IN TIME

From 3 PM. Early check-in is possible based on availability:

CHECK-OUT TIME

Until 11 AM, or book a late check-out for €25,- to check out until 1 PM. 

TEMPERATURE

The temperature in your room can be adjusted with the climate control unit.

HOUSEKEEPING

If you have any housekeeping needs or preferences, please share them with us. 

TV

Each room is equipped with a television; only the Imagine King rooms are equipped with a Chromecast. Press the Chromecast button on your remote and connect by following the instructions.

BEDDING

Should you require extra bedding or pillows, please contact reception.

DO NOT DISTURB

If you do not wish to be disturbed, hang the do not disturb sign (popcorn cup) outside your door. We will respect your privacy and won’t service your room. For safety purposes, each guest’s room will be visually checked once during each 24 hours. Do not disturb signs will only be respected until check out time on the day of departure.

SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT

To help us to save the environment, please place used towels on the bathroom floor to indicate that they can be replaced with a clean supply. Towels placed on the rack or hook will not be changed. In addition, you will find a tree door hanger in your room. Just hang this door hanger outside of your room before midnight. We will skip cleaning the next day and plant one tree on your behalf. 

MINI SAFE

A mini safe is located in your room to deposit your valuables.

ROOM KEY

Should you encounter problems with your room key or lose it during your stay, please contact reception immediately. For security reasons, you must show some form of identification to the reception staff before reissuing a new key. If the room key is lost, we will charge €100. You can also choose to hand in your room key at the reception (possible 24/7). When checking out, we kindly ask you to return the key at reception.

ELECTRICITY

The hotel electrical supply is 220V/240V. If you require an adaptor, please contact reception.

SOMETHING BROKEN?

In case something in your room breaks down, please bring this to our attention so that our hotel engineer will attend to the problem.

BABYCRIBS

We would like to make sure your baby has a good night’s sleep. Baby cribs for children up to 2 years are €14,50 (based on availability)

LUGGAGE ROOM

If you would like to store your luggage with us for the rest of the day, before you take a train or other type of transportation to your next destination, leave your belongings in our secure luggage room.

WAKE UP CALL

Need to wake up early? We will be happy to give you a wake-up call or a knock on your door if you provide us with the preferred wake-up time.

LAUNDRY

Drop off your dry cleaning or laundry at reception before 9 AM from Monday to Friday, and you will have the items returned to you on the same day (for an additional charge), otherwise the next day. Laundry bags and prices are available at reception.

FORGOT SOMETING?

If you forgot to bring something like a toothbrush, toothpaste, an adaptor or feminine products, we will be happy to give you a replacement with our compliments.

IRONING

Ironing facilities are available at the reception desk.

LOST & FOUND

In case of any lost or found items, please contact the reception.

We love kids! There's plenty do for kids in the hotel and in Maastricht. In the hotel, you'll find board games in Bar Twisted. And at reception, we also have a city map for kids with all the best playgrounds and things to do.

CHILDREN'S PARTY

At Mabi City Centre Hotel, the whole cinema can be yours! Can it get more festive than that? In Cinema Plush & Bubblegum, there is space for 13 children. You are free to choose any movie from Netflix. Included in the children’s party are French fries, a snack (croquette / frikandel / cheese soufflé), unlimited lemonade and a festively decorated table. If you prefer something else that’s no problem, we’ll make it a party to remember. Anything can be taken into consideration. Let us know whether you’re planning a first communion party, birthday party, baby shower or surprise party and we will make it a great one. Packages including food and drinks are available on request and completely customizable to meet your wishes.

PARKING

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer you the possibility to reserve your parking space in one of the Q-park car parks in the area. With this parking deal you are assured of a parking space and you benefit from a reduced rate.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The hotel is located close to Maastricht Central Station, the main public transport hub. Here, you can take the train and bus.

CAR RENTAL

Detailed information about car rental is available at the reception.

TAXI

If you need a taxi, you can order one yourself at reception, on the IPad. We recommend booking a taxi in advance to avoid any waiting time.

Of course Wi-Fi is free in Mabi City Centre Hotel.

FLOORPLAN

Each guest room contains a floor plan indicating the room location for safe evacuation in the unlikely event of a fire or an emergency. Please take a moment to read the safety and emergency instructions which can be found on the back of your room door. If you have any questions regarding emergency procedures, we will be happy to answer them. The staff of the hotel has been trained to assist guests in emergency situations.

POWER FAILURE

In the event of power failure, emergency lighting will come on throughout the building. Candles are not permitted in the bedrooms in the interest of safety.
