HOTEL INFORMATION

ENTRANCE

Our doors never really sleep. The entrance stays open 24 hours. Arriving after 11 PM simply ring the doorbell and show your room key to the night porter so the scene can continue. 

SMOKING

Mabi City Centre Hotel is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking in your room or in public areas will result in a € 150,- charge for cleaning costs.

PETS

We love animals but they do not stay overnight. Assistance dogs are of course welcome.

CREDITCARDS

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro credit -and debitcards.

You can check in and out at reception but the self check in kiosk is usually the fastest way into your story. During check in you can also add early check in or late check out if available.

CHECK-IN TIME

From 3 PM. Early check in from 1 PM is possible for €25.

CHECK-OUT TIME

Until 11 AM. Prefer a slower ending Book a late check out until 1 PM for €25.

TV

Every room has a television. Imagine King rooms also include Chromecast. Press the Chromecast button on the remote and follow the instructions to connect.

BEDDING

Need extra pillows or blankets Contact reception and we will bring them to you.

DO NOT DISTURB

Hang the popcorn cup on your door when you want privacy. We will not enter except for one brief visual safety check within every 24 hours. The sign is respected until check out time on departure day.

SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT

Towels on the bathroom floor mean replace them. Towels on the rack stay in the story. You will also find a tree door hanger in your room. Hang it outside before midnight and we skip cleaning the next day and plant a tree in your name.

MINI SAFE

A mini safe in your room keeps valuables safe off camera.

ROOM KEY

Lost or malfunctioning key Contact reception immediately. Identification is required before issuing a new key. Lost keys cost €100. You may also return your key at reception at any time and we kindly ask you to hand it in at check out.

ELECTRICITY

The hotel electrical supply is 220V/240V. If you require an adaptor, please contact the reception.

SOMETHING BROKEN?

If something stops working let us know so our technician can fix it quickly.

BABYCRIBS

Baby cribs for children up to 2 years are available for €14.50 subject to availability.

LUGGAGE ROOM

Not ready to leave the city yet?  Leave your bags with us and wander a little longer before your next departure.

WAKE UP CALL

Need an early start? Tell us the time and we will call you or gently knock so you do not miss your opening scene. 

LAUNDRY

Bring laundry or dry cleaning to reception before 9 AM from Monday to Friday and it returns the same day for an additional charge otherwise the next day. Laundry bags and prices are available at reception. 

FORGOT SOMETING?

If you forgot to bring something like a toothbrush, toothpaste, an adaptor or feminine products, we will be happy to give you a replacement with our compliments.

IRONING

Ironing facilities are available at reception.

LOST & FOUND

In case of any lost or found items, please contact the reception.

We love kids! There's plenty do for kids in the hotel and in Maastricht. In the hotel, you'll find board games in Bar Twisted. And at reception, we also have a city map for kids with all the best playgrounds and things to do.

CHILDREN'S PARTY

At Mabi the cinema can be entirely yours. Cinema Plush and Bubblegum hosts up to 13 children and you choose any film from Netflix. The party includes fries a snack unlimited lemonade and a decorated table. Planning a birthday communion baby shower or surprise Tell us your idea and we will shape it into a celebration worth remembering. Food and drink packages are available and fully customizable. PARKING

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer you the possibility to reserve your parking space in one of the Q-park car parks in the area. With this parking deal you are assured of a parking space and you benefit from a reduced rate.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Maastricht Central Station is just around the corner with trains and buses ready to take you further. 

CAR RENTAL

Reception can provide information about car rental options. 

TAXI

Order a taxi yourself at reception on the iPad. Booking ahead avoids waiting.

FLOORPLAN

Inside your room you will find an evacuation map showing exactly where you are in the building. Take a moment to read the safety instructions on the back of the door. If anything is unclear just ask us. Our team is trained and ready to guide you calmly through any emergency. 

POWER FAILURE

If the lights go out the emergency lighting will take over throughout the building. Candles are not allowed in the rooms for safety reasons.
